You cannot find a better manager than CHITARA in the world: She was absolutely marvelous. She was so friendly and helpful…always with a lovely smile and happy to help….you can’t go wrong stay at her hotel

The food was good. The customer service for the restaurant was bad. I had one drink and no one came back to offer anything else or a refill. When we got there PARKING IS HORRIBLE. They say they have 2 pools not true. One small pool for adults and a baby pool for kids. Yes the ocean is infront but no sand all big rocks. For breakfast it was okay it starts at 8 am. But no refill for coffee as they never come back to see if you need anything else. When checking out you had to find out were the checking out location was, its at the bar. Very disappointing. The bed was comfortable.
