The room when cleaned did not have towels replenished. The younger male front desk staff really need to be more informed. They could not answer questions like where to eat near the hotel, and where to buy a sim card. They said the farmacia but this turned out to be incorrect as most farmacias do not sell sim cards and the only one that does sells one that cannot be activated unless the person has a DUI. Being charged for extra items at breakfast leaves a bad impression especially when the guest missed some breakfasts.

Outstanding. Breakfast Great. Staff Amazing. Sra Cristina espectacular. Hot water amd AC was great [this is important to me). They ensured we were all comfortable. The location of this hotel was really good. I booked three rooms as I was traveling with a group of friends. The rooms were clean. The only issue I encountered was with one staff member during check out who charged me for four water bottles when I only took one. She mentioned that the cameras had seen the group that I was with take them but this was not true they need a better system. I found that very rude of her when I mentioned I was aware one person had taken a water.

I never stayed bc my flight got cancelled and I requested them to move my stay one night which they refused. I understand it was non-refundable but I booked it only hours before the cancellation. Bad service - they could have done the right thing and moved the night but they didn't. They kept my money so here is their review - don't stay here.

New facility. Room was new and clean. Linens were clean and in good condition. Lighting was good. Daily cleaning was good. All the staff were friendly and smiling. The location is great - close to a museum as well as a variety of restaurants and stores. The only con is the traffic noise.
