Very comfortable, HOT WATER (not Salvadoran luke warm), decent breakfast (that could be better), strong internet, smart TV that sign up to Netflix and Google TV easy. All in all, a great option. One BIG caveat, parking SUCKS, but totally bad. Be prepared for some headaches parking your car. Not bad enough for me to avoid it in the future. Still 4 stars, I'd stay here again.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly everyone greets you warmly. They also have a restaurant and a small shop with healthy products, and the restaurant also serves organic food. Oh, and the garden they have in the back is perfect for having a coffee and chatting for a while. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the price seemed very reasonable to me, I recommend it 100%

Cinco Hotel was a small relaxing oasis in the heart of the city. I loved the eco-friendly vibe, beautiful plants, gift shop, and healthy food store. My room was quaint and clean with a nice view. Staff members were accommodating and allowed me to check in a little earlier than expected. There were a couple of issues with my stay including the TV not working properly and a small lizard like reptile somehow got in my shower. The little reptile apparently is common there and lives around the plants on the property. I reported it to staff, and they quickly came to remove it. The oatmeal pancakes for breakfast were healthy and tasty, but the menu is very small. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would stay again!

Disappointing Experience Despite a Good Hotel Cinco Hotel was a solid place to stay overall — clean rooms, decent amenities, and a good location. Unfortunately, our checkout experience completely soured the impression. They claimed that my girlfriend had stained three towels with makeup (two small and one large) and then proceeded to charge us $50, which is basically the cost of an entire night’s stay. This charge felt completely unjustified and excessive. There was no prior warning or opportunity to address the issue reasonably. It came across as nothing more than an attempt to unfairly take extra money from guests. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since the hotel itself was good. I cannot recommend Cinco Hotel based on this experience. It’s a shame that their customer service and billing practices don’t match the quality of their accommodations.

Excellent location and service of the staff. Cute Hotel and includes breakfrast. We stayed in the "yellow" room. It's spacious and overlooks the parking lot and the street. It has a refrigerator and a place to hang clothes. What it needs is a mirror, so you can get up close and have good lighting all around. The cold-water handle on the sink kept coming loose, and on the second day, the bathroom smelled like sewage.

The staff were super friendly and patient with us as our Spanish is quite primitive. The room was clean and the AC was cold, just how we like it. The lot guys were very attentive to ensure we always had a spot and guided us into spaces when it was tight. The servers at the restaurant were friendly and prompt. They also have the cutest shop inside with trinkets and other souvenirs to purchase as well and regret not buying anything. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, we'll be back 😊

I absolutely loved my time at Cinco Hotel. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful. The first night I slept 10 hours. The location is ideal. I arrived via bus and the station is about a block away, less than a 5-minute walk. I was also able to walk to multiple restaurants, shopping centers, and museums. The health store on site was a game changer and the restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious and it is so healthy that I felt fantastic as a result. The included breakfast was a la carte with delicious options. My favorite part was how amazing the staff was. I felt looked after and cared for. I am definetely returning whenever I need a break.
