As I understand it this is a new property having just opened in 2025. It shows as everything is new and in perfect order. Some highlights: *Staff was superb. Probably the best staff experience I have had in 55 years of travel. *View was amazing. Not only the Palace across the street but the nearby churches were beautiful, especially at night from the rooftop bar/rest. *Less great - food is solid but not spectacular. *Square can be noisy at night. *Taxi stand is around the block because it's a pedestrian street only.

Place was top notch. Just the guard at the entrance was a little bit too aggressive but other than that we had a wonderful experience with the staff. Rooms were comfortable and the view was amazing, would like to come back once a year just to relax.

This place is at heart of the historic center. The terrace is great. It is the place to be to enjoy the beautiful historic center.

The toilet in our room clogged at 11:20pm. There was not a # for the front desk listed anywhere in the room so my husband went to downstairs to ask for help. Since reception staff leave at 11pm he spoke to the security guard who was the only one there. The guard called someone on the phone to explain the issue and was told to tell us there was no one here to fix it tonight and that we needed to use the PUBLIC BATHROOM on the first floor because it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. That’s absolutely ridiculous since we are paying to stay here. The hotel is pretty and clean, but that’s it. Parking is very inconvenient as you have to park in a garage down the street and carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. If you stay on floor 4 like we did, you won’t get any sleep because music is played loudly from the rooftop and you constantly hear chairs moving around. I had high hopes for this hotel, but they have a lot of work to do. Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant and we will not return.

Could not get to the hotel per GPS. Parking unknown where to go. Can only walk to hotel , towing all your luggage from parking garage. When we finally got to hotel, everything else was great. Clean, pretty, excellant staff and wonderful location, right on the square of the historic and entertainment.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was only staying here for one night after touring the area, but the excellent hospitality and service makes me feel I want to extend my stay. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I definitely am planning on coming back again

If you like a taste of local culture and daily life - this is the place to stay , not much in terms of dining options but you are in the center of historic center. If you stay in San Benito - new hotels and good restaurants but you can have it anywhere in the world.

The property is beautiful and in the center of the Centro Historico in El Salvador. Perfect location and the staff is super friendly. Room is spacious, modern and clean. I had a beautiful view to the park, palace national, Binaes library and cathedral. Restaurant was also amazing and roof top view was great as well.

Location was great, there are restaurants to choose from. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy in the morning, I wanted to sleep in and was hard with the noise. Not noise from outside but from inside the hotel, maybe cleaning staff or some type of construction being done inside. I would have wanted to have small wash towels and a dryer. But it was a nice hotel.
