First impressions make a difference and this is why they need to spruce up their parking area. Also the front desk was not ready to receive me and they had to look around for someone to check us in. Aside from these hiccups the room was spacious and clean and the restaurant service was great.

Location was excellent, however I was not provide the VIP upgrades or amenities, food was terrible, for both diner and breakfast, do not recommend to eat there.

They will trick you; I made two reservations one through Expedia and a second one through booking and Acantilados cancelled both stating that the credit cards did not get through, then Acantilados sent me a link to pay the reservations directly with them at higher prices. when I got to the hotel they had a different room for every night. I would not give them a dollar again. They are dishonest business.

It was great view but the suite had no WiFi no tv just for show . I was at the pool area for 2.5 hrs and no pool service like drinks and food tell I got up and notified the desk they came out and apologized. For the price you expect better service and attention to detail.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala, el lugar para lo que ofrece too expensive, el desayuno fue terrible helado mal sabor, de los 4 desayunos ni uno bueno, fuimos 4 personas y me dejan toallas para 2 cuando la reserva era para 4, en la libertad hay mejores opciones más baratas y muchísimo mejor, lo único que es bonito en acantilados es la infinity pool.
