We liked its centralized location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that we needed to put a $20 deposit per towel to use beach towels for our outings. We got the $20 back but it seemed an inconvenience. We’d prefer a ticket system instead.

My husband and I visited El Salvador for the first time and we chose to stay at this hotel. Every detail was top notch. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants and shops. The hotel offers a contact for tours which we truly enjoyed and were able to capture the sites and culture. The amenities such as the spa, laundry and fitness came in handy. I highly recommend this hotel you will have everything at your reach. The staff is super helpful, kind and attentive at all times. We plan to return with our relatives, group of 12 and will be booking here again

The hotel is in a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, a nice mall across the street and it feels safe and peaceful at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent and the gym is top notch for a hotel.
