We had a great time this weekend at Bend. The check in process was easy. The cabin was clean and matched the online pictures. We spent a lot of time down by the river at the cabin and went to the General Store for awesome burgers and live music. Well definitely be back.

Great place to stay
It was so relaxing. It was located right outside of Colorado bend state park. It was just a couple minute drive to get there. The general store down the road had some nice live music for the family. The property had areas for campfires and grilling and we took advantage of this. The owner was also very accommodative with my requests.. I’ll be coming back

Wasn’t a fan. I like the concept. Small, convenient, reasonably priced trailer for the size but it was very uncomfortable for us.
The old school wall AC unit seemed to struggle to cool the small trailer. Maybe a mini split would’ve handled it better. The beds were stiff and a bit uncomfortable. I actually woke up with my back hurting. We booked two night but only stayed 1 & went home after our hike & shower. Couldn’t spend another evening in discomfort so I just took the L. Fortunately we were only 3-4 hours from home.
To make it worse, VRBO charged me twice. So now I’m dealing with the hassle of trying to get the second charge refunded back to me. This stay didn’t make for an enjoyable weekend getaway for me.

Peaceful Getaway
We stayed in a riverside cabin and it was a wonderful getaway. Great outdoor space with thoughtful additions like bbq tools for the pits and lots of outdoor seating. The shower had great water pressure and it was super conveniently located for day passes to Colorado Bend State Park. We loved it and will be back.
