Great place, great people.

The personal great attention that you get from the moment you enter this hotel makes you feel genuinely welcomed. They are actually happy that you are there, you can tell from the fake smiles and the real ones. From the manager, front desk people or the housekeeping and security guards, everything is relaxed, helpful and polite. I will highly recommend this hidden gem in San Pedro Sula and I will definitely return.

We were greeted warmly by the Receptionist upon our arrival, this always makes a difference especially when you're exhausted from traveling. Our Deluxe Suite was clean, cozy and with an amazing view of the mountain range. My only suggestion would be, MAY BE an elevator for those carrying heavier luggage, and a bit of faster service during breakfast. The hotel is located just about a 4 minute drive from the City Mall and other entertainment areas.
