My stay at Sunset Caribe was amazing. The accommodations were beautiful, and the staff was truly top tier. I appreciated the 24-hour security, the food was excellent, and whenever I needed transportation, they seamlessly arranged drivers for pickup and drop-off to and from the property. I really enjoyed my time there and look forward to staying at this location anytime I visit Belize.

The room was fine. The hotel staff needs improvement. Had trouble calling front desk to change massage time. Wrong phone numers listed on paperwork. Massage place was not at hotel. It said onsite. The hot tub was not hot. The pool was ice cold. The restaurant also was off site. Hours to cafe in lobby limited.

We just got back from Sunset Caribe. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and great amenities. The pool is beautiful, no sun until the afternoon though. The hot tub is huge. We did go across to the other hotel for the beach but the water is pretty murky so we didn’t swim there. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurants in the area were all good and many are easily walkable. The town is about a 10-15 golf cart ride away. I’d highly recommend a snorkeling tour and a day visit to Caye Caulker.
