This condo is Gold Standard Approved with free kayaks, corn hole game and bar b q grill for the family to enjoy!

This three-bedroom condo is located on the Caribbean overlooking the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking only 1/2 mile off the shoreline of San Pedro Ambergris Caye.

Since it is right on the beach there is plenty of places to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise, sunset and amazing wildlife that visits from time to time. Swimming is great right off the dock and the tour operators will also pick you up at the dock to take you off to a fun day of adventure. The refreshing infinity pool allows you to enjoy the beach views and barrier reef. There are chairs and seating on the dock to relax or schedule a relaxing massage on the beach.

The master bedroom looks out to the wonderful views of the oceans and opens up to the veranda. It is tastefully decorated to match the feel of the ocean views. The comfortable King Sized bed is perfect for a wonderful nights sleep and also has a desk and office chair so you can work from home.

The queen bedroom is perfect with lots of storage and shares the second bath with the third bedroom which houses 4 twin beds or can be converted to house a king bed and 2 twin beds.

The spacious living room is built to entertain and with stainless steel refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher. The beautiful granite countertop and traditional hardwood cabinets and furniture gives the perfect touch of elegance you need to enjoy.

Walk out to the large veranda and have a wonderful brunch and enjoy the majestic Ocean Views.

This place was amazing for our family trip of 7 people. Very clean inside and out. Amazing views, well supplied with kitchen items, and a nice, quiet atmosphere. It felt secluded, but was still only a short cart drive to all the stuff happening downtown. The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. The grounds keeper Carlos was great. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance to the condo. We had a wonderful vacation here and would certainly go back! Highly recommended

Great place for families!

This condo at Miramar Villas was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well kept. The host and housekeeper were very responsive. Check in was easy. We enjoyed the pool and dock a lot! It was only about a 20 minute golf cart ride from the airport. The road it’s on does turn from cobble stone to a dirt road, but there are still 4 restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and soft. I would highly recommend this place for families. It’s in a safe area.

Fantastic condo
