The staff paid close attention to detail. They arranged everything for me, from the pick-up service to the golf cart waiting at the villa. The villa was spotless, and they managed the mosquitoes effectively. When I had a problem with one of the fire alarms, they responded promptly to fix it. I highly recommend this villa—it's definitely worth the price.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hol Chan Reef Resort & Villas. The pool and beach area are beautiful, well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, bocci ball, and hammocks giving lots to do. We had a wonderful fishing excursion booked through the resort & the Hula bar right down the street cooked all of our fish perfectly! It’s a nice quiet area which was perfect for really unplugging and relaxing. We will be back!

Resort Stay Review – San Pedro, Belize We had a great experience staying at this resort on the south side of San Pedro. What we loved: • The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. • The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. • The views were beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises, just as advertised. Location: • The resort is located on the quieter south side of the island, which we really enjoyed. • It’s about a 20-minute golf cart ride to downtown San Pedro, making it a nice balance between peaceful and accessible. Overall: We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great views and a comfortable setup.

We stayed here in June- the room was spacious and wonderfully clean and we were greeted with rum punch and fresh salsa and chips in our room. It was not the busy season, so we had the pool to ourselves! Naicy with concierge was wonderful and receptive to questions and setting up a snorkel tour Three things I wish I had known: 1) This property is a good 20 minutes south of San Pedro by golf cart. It’s set apart with lots of privacy, but very little to do in the immediate area. Also, rent a golf cart yourself when you arrive to the island! The concierge offered to set it up but save yourself the up charge and additional cost of a taxi. 2) the south side of the island is called the mosquito coast for a reason. The resorts do a good job of spraying, but a golf cart ride at dusk can be brutal. Bring bug spray! 3) I had assumed resort would mean food or drinks on site, but no. Granted it’s the off season, so it may be different at other times of the year, but this is more of a condo vibe with very well-tended grounds. There’s a bar across the street, and some restaurants with a quick golf cart ride- but nothing immediate. The condo has a full kitchens and a BBQ on the beach, so you could plan ahead too.

We had the best time at Hol Chan. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The resort was small but nice and quiet, easy to get to, easy to get around, nice small beach and pools. We went as a family of 5 and it was perfect. The rooms are huge and have everything you need.

The place was exactly as described. Dennis, Edward, and Richard were extremely helpful with everything (renting a cart which you need, excursions, and answering questions). We really liked it and hope to return!
