Guests arriving at Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) must transfer via regional flight (17-minute trip) to the island of Ambergris Caye, arriving at the San Pedro Air Strip. The resort can arrange regional flights for guests; approximately USD 170 per person, roundtrip, will be charged. Upon arrival at the San Pedro Air Strip, a resort representative will meet guests and send them on the next available shuttle to the resort (surcharge): arrival and departure shuttles leave once per hour. Guests may also choose to take a 25-minute taxi ride (surcharge) from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to the dock. We loved our stay here. Extremely nice property, beautiful pool, over the top accommodating staff. At my request they even tracked down a piece of red velvet cake for my wife's birthday with a birthday inscription and delivered it to the room as a surprise. Would absolutely come back.

The staff was outstanding! From check in, bar & restaurant, housekeeping and grounds workers. Always a smile and a hello. The resort was clean, well maintained and groomed. Beautiful spacious rooms. Rented golf carts right at the hotel and booked a fantastic snorkeling trip directly with the concierge with a company Tuff Enough. Great food and drinks at the resort. Lots of pool space and chairs. A short 15-20 minute golf cart ride to town for shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful resort. Staff is very friendly and helpful.. they will answer any questions you have. They will arrange transportation to and from your arrival on the island to the resort. The food at the resort is delicious. The scenery is heaven. We went for our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make it special.

We had a wonderful experience with coco beach. The staff were helpful, understanding and welcoming. We especially appreciated our concierges Nia and Andrew who went above and beyond to assist with reservations and recommendations. Our only two downsides were the noise from nearby construction and weak internet. The latter proved to be a blessing though in helping us disconnect and relax.

The pool is amazing! The Room was Perfect as we got the Casita 2 . It was located across from the cornhole boards and ping pong table, but very close to both pools, the bar and restaurant. It was not an ocean view but it was still magical. The floor is all white sandy beaches, and you will see many iguanas. I maybe noticed one mosquito the entire time. The ac worked well and amenities were very plentiful. The Staff was amazing and it is our first time traveling to Belize as well as staying in a non all inclusive. Overall, I would go back in a heartbeat!!! Every meal we had was excellent We enjoyed happy hour from 4-6, taco Tuesday and the Sunday BBQ!! I think the resort was full but it did not seem that busy.

Spent our babymoom and birthday here. The staff was accommodating and so kind throughout our stay. We had a water issue with our casita that was no a quick fix but they moved us to another room/suite when it was available as soon as they could. Food was good but it was also easy to drive around outside with the golf cart to the town area and beach and try other options. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay away from home without excessive crowds and noise.
