The good: Overall good place to stay. Safe and clean rooms and the staff is exceptional. Good location. Good WiFi with easy log in. The bad: No hot water. This is not a problem if you're a local but if you're visiting for the first time get ready for a cold shower. No refrigerator available in the room.If you're staying for more than a few nights it's a bit inconvenient. But overall its a nice hotel and a good choice to stay in San Miguel

The property is very outdated. The room was small and not much room for storing belongings. The refrigerator, which was randomly leaking water, was on top of a table. Instead of a sofa there was two old and dirty chairs. The towels had holes in them and the bed linens were dirty. The door to the room had large opening on bottom and holes in middle. The curtain on window was sheer did not block light. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The walls are thin so traffic noise was extremely loud. Some of the staff were not friendly in fact they were very rude and sarcastic. The bed was extremely loud creaking with the slightest movement. At one point we asked to switch rooms and were told none available. This was not true as we saw staff in a room nearby watching tv on multiple occassions
