We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and even took the time to help us arrange rides whenever we needed to go somewhere. ​Our room was spotless and very clean, and the views from the property were stunning. Another major highlight was the food. Breakfast was included, which was a fantastic perk, and the on-site restaurant, La Doña, was a 10/10! I highly recommend dining there. We will definitely be back!

Overall, our 3 week stay at Hotel Nena was excellent. The facility itself is amazing with a wonderful historic ambience incorporated with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good. The central location allowed us to comfortably walk to many of the wonderful sites San Miguel de Allende has to offer.

Room was clean and beautiful. Staff was all very kind and helpful accommodating to the language barrier. Air conditioning was great in the room. courtyard breakfast was beautiful. The pool was amazing and clean. Only complaint is it is a little loud throughout the day and evening but the earplugs helped a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here. Communicating with staff via whatsapp was great and easy.
