This is a gorgeous, well located hotel with an amazing staff and excellent restaurant. Only one drawback- despite exquisite fixtures, both our rooms lack sufficient lighting for reading.

The staff at this hotel is the best we have encountered anywhere in our travels. They are friendly, attentive, courteous, and go above and beyond for their guests both in the restaurant and at the concierge desk. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms could and should be improved. The rooms are quite dark so difficult for reading. Also it would be nice to have a comfortable side chair. The beds and linens are very high quality and very comfortable.

Excellent property and location. Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Live music brought in on some evenings. Being right in Centro was fantastic - could walk to all the sites.

This is not a hotel for someone with a disability. No mention was made of the many steps to get from check-in to the first floor, and more steps to get to the dining area !!! impossible on crutches or for an old person. The elevator was tiny and accessed only thru going thru a kitchen area, with a mop bucket in full view. Description was not truthful......

The hotel is in the perfect location a couple of blocks from the main square. The room was beautiful! They have a wonderful breakfast that is included. The front desk was very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations, which were already high. It's classy, beautiful, very clean, in a perfect location and the service is second to none. We recommend it highly and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we return to San Miguel de Allende.
