This carefully restored Trullo is a top holiday home, beautifully centrally located in Puglia. Just a few kilometers from the nice towns of Latiano and San Michele Salentino. The private holiday villa has large grounds (5000 m2 fully fenced) with olive trees and a spacious new swimming pool 9 x 5 m. The entire property has been restored and furnished with great care and attention. A great location to completely unwind with your family.
Outdoor living is central to this trullo. Under the large roof, right next to the swimming pool, you will find the outdoor kitchen with gas stove, fridge, sink and a cozy dining table. Of course there is also a BBQ available. The pool terrace is equipped with sturdy and comfortable sun beds. Your trullo is suitable for 4 adults and 3 children or for 5 to 6 adults.
The format is as follows:
Nice living room with comfortable corner sofa (this can be converted into a double bed), dining kitchen with all desired equipment, modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom with double bed and a sturdy folding bed for 1 person. Outside directly against the trullo you will find a double bedroom with private bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. From this room you have a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the olive grove.
