The apartment includes a shower room with bidet and WC, as well as a small balcony accessible from the living area.

The apartment comes fully equipped with modern conveniences including air conditioning and forced-air heating for year-round comfort. The kitchen features four gas rings, a microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Entertainment is provided through a digital TV.
