Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Vorstellungen. Es fehlte an nichts. Zur Begrüssung gab es einheimische Produkte. Sogar an Kotbeutel für unseren Hund wurde gedacht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns mit jeder Menge Informationen über Wanderungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder sehr guten Restaurantinformtionen versorgt. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - sehr netter Kontakt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (zu dritt mit Hund) in dieser großzügig geschnittenen und modern eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnanlage ist neu und top gepflegt. Der großzügige TG-Stellplatz ist mit einem Tor verschlossen, sodass auch Fahrräder etc. darin sicher Platz finden und nicht separat untergebracht werden müssen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Allein der sich in unmittelbarer Nähe auf der Seite des Wohn-/Essbereichs befindliche Fluss sorgt für ein stetiges Rauschen; dieser ist jedoch bei geschlossenen Fenstern (Wohnung ist belüftet/klimatisiert) aufgrund der sehr guten Geräuschdämmung nicht zu hören. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im rückwärtigen Gebäudeteil, das Rauschen ist dort bei offenen Fenstern nur sehr schwach zu hören. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Top Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Den überdachte Balkon kann man bei jedem Wetter gut nutzen. Netter Kontakt und Empfang der Gastgeber. St.Martin ist bezaubernd. Wir kommen wieder- es gibt noch viel zu entdecken.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Pros: Wir und unser Hund hatten uns gleich am ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend (Vielen Dank!). Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen, sehr gepflegten und sehr neuen Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Ausstattung der ganzen Wohnung ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, war sehr sauber und noch sehr neu. Der dazugehörende Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ebenfalls super. Er ist über ein separates Rolltor abschließbar. Die Wohnung ist durch die extrem gute Schallisolation sehr ruhig, obwohl unterhalb des Hauses die Hauptstraße und die Passer vorbeiführt. Gleich in der Nähe ist fußläufig eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus kann man ganz einfach nach Meran oder in die anderen Orte im Tal gelangen. Durch den Aufzug ist die Wohnung barrierefrei von der Garage aus erreichbar. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, aber das war eine der Besten die wir je gebucht hatten. Wir können sie zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Cons: In der Küche fehlt lediglich ein großes Schneidebrett, wie wir finden. Aktuell ist direkt neben dem Haus eine Baustelle. Dort werden zwei weitere Häuser gebaut. Da die Wohnung aber in die andere Richtung liegt war das kein Problem. Außerdem ist die Wohnung, wie schon erwähnt, sehr gut schallisoliert.
