We were here for graduation weekend. The property is 6 minute drive to the TS campus, Walmart and many restaurants. Greeted by the owners who are friendly and hospitable offering cold beverages at check in. The property is retro chic. The accommodations are tiny houses equipped with great water pressure and good air conditioning. Our bungalow was a short 2 minute walk to the river edge. And the pool was something reminiscent of 1970’s Palm Springs in the best way. Highly recommend.

The cabin we booked was perfect. It was at a walking distance to the office and they served breakfast tacos the weekend we stayed. The walk to the San Marcos river was maybe about 5 minutes. It was also about a 10-15 minute drive to the city but far enough that you could see the stars at night! Staff was courteous and answered any questions we had. Will definitely go again.
