We ask for $40/day for spa heating charges. Location is 1/4 mile from a vineyard, with easy access to major San Diego highways and coastal regions. Approx 20 minute drive to Carlsbad beaches. Approx 40 minutes from SD airport. Approx 40 minutes to Orange County. Approx 25 minutes to Temecula. Hosts (married couple with young child) live upstairs in completely separate unit. No shared living spaces.

UPDATE: We are planning on doing construction on a portion of the land on a terrace below the home in spring 2025. This should not affect any of the interior or exterior amenities of the property, or the views. However, there could be construction personnel and normal construction noise during the day times on these dates. Please reach out for more questions before booking if this is a concern. The area of construction would be about 100ft away from any interior part of the unit, so it would be like your neighbor doing construction.

We will be starting to rent this new guest home likely starting around July 2025. It has its own separate driveway and interior and exterior spaces and completely detached from the main house (this listing). the only shared amenity will be the pool between the two rentals
