Our tv in the bedroom was not working, when I reached out I did not get a response until almost midnight for a new room. Very inconvenient. Also the hotel was getting remodeled, which is great but we were told construction would be from 8am - 6pm but there was construction after 6. Not the best service, when I spoke to someone when I was checking out they were very nonchalant and could care less of my concerns.

A Mixed Review, but Recommend

I booked one night for a birthday trip. I could have stayed in that comfy bed all day. I slept through the night and woke refreshed. The price was higher than what I usually pay, but I wanted to stay somewhere nice. The bottom floor, which was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel because of the restaurant, bar and fountain, is construction, but they did a great job of checking people in quickly at a makeshift kiosk. I was disappointed that we barely had enough bath tissue for one night, and someone’s leftover garlic-smelling wings were still in the fridge. They smelled like they had been there awhile. I was glad to see they have both trash and recycling in the room. I still recommend this place for its convenient location and feeling of safety and relaxation, especially once they finish construction.

This place was under serious construction/renovations. Some of the passageways inside on ground floor were uneven and dangerous. I was charged $25 extra for resort fee upon arrival and then $12 more for outdoor parking (no protected area). Ridiculous!!

The property was under heavy construction which was not mentioned prior to booking and was given a $12.00 charge to park which was also not mentioned prior to booking. Even though the hotel is under renovations, the place is clean and quiet. I appreciate the staff and their attention to detail!

Under complete renovation. Should not be open.

Had no idea this hotel was under renovation or would not have stayed here. It was filthy and very difficult to breathe when not in your room. The room was very cold and the shower water would not get hot enough. Had to ask for extra blankets.

When we arrived on the property it was under a major remodel. Very disappointed that I was not informed this before booking the hotel. It was very inconvenient especially for taking out my small dog. I had to basically walk around the half the building every time since no side doors were open. Also very small walking spaces. The dining area was very small as well. We should have been told about this. Very frustrating.

Overnight stay

We had an over night stay here and location was central right off the highway with easy access. They are renovating the lobby and court yard area. We took advantage of the free cocktails. The room was comfortable just old so it needs a refresh. Breakfast was great with the chef doing great work on omelets. I gave him a good tip.
