No Lake Access From Property

NO RIVER ACCESS from the property. There was construction right across the street so got a little loud early weekday mornings. Someone beat on our door in the middle of the night and scared us pretty badly but we never saw anything. Some of the patio furniture was broken and some of the cabinets did not close. - On the good side, it is spacious. We had two families here and there was plenty of room. 2 living rooms gave adults a place to hang out without kids wanting to change the channel on us. We all had space. That was great. We loved San Marcos but will probably look for a different property next time.
