San Marco accommodation with parking

it's an old hotel. everything is old fashion while that's probably for all hotels in Venice. The location is good, right next to the Rialto bridge. however, it's so crowded day and night. so many boats stop and leave....so you can't really open the window for fresh air....The breakfast is minimum. one good thing is they do have American style shower with curtain!!!! thanks god. i don't understand why most of Europe hotels has only half glass in the bath. However, there are still no window screen, so bugs can come in your room. imaging in summer time.

The staff communicated effectively in English and were able to assist with basic questions, which made the stay easier overall. While we did not intend to spend much time in the room, the accommodations did not match the photos presented at the time of booking, which was disappointing. Access to our assigned “orange” room required climbing 62 steps, which may be a consideration for some guests. Additionally, air conditioning was not available due to local seasonal regulations, and the room became uncomfortable at times—particularly with mosquitoes present each evening. There were also no fans provided. The room itself was minimally equipped, with very limited luggage storage, no desk, and no microwave. Lastly, while the property does offer complimentary activities or options, these were not communicated unless specifically requested. Overall, while the staff was courteous, there are several areas where clearer communication and improved room conditions would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Beautiful Hotel, within a stones throw of St Marks Square, perfect location for walking around and exploring San Marco!
