"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, ..."

Gran Hotel San Luis
"The hotel was excellent for the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The street noise on Friday and Saturday night was very disturbing and loud. It lasted for roughly 4 hours from 1 to 5 am."
