Beach front property, totally private, relaxing place where to unwind and forget about any daily stress!! Enjoy the ocean breeze while laying down on the hamaca, drink fresh coconut water simply ask the care taker to cut a a couple to enjoy them fresh from the palm trees, get a beautiful tan color while relaxing by the pool. We are just 21 Km from the Airport, 51 Km. from San Salvador and if you are into surfing, we are only 37 Km. away from La Libertad, the hottest spot in El Salvador to surf.

We have a brand new pergola! kitchen fully equipped (simply bring your own food) if you don't feel like cooking, a cook can be hired, only $20 a day.

In San Luis Talpa you can buy food at the grocery store, or buy freshly caught fish from the locals, buy local pupusas, order seafood from local restaurants, order pizza, or simply go at the end of the street to the hotel and get some more sophisticated food in their restaurant or sing some karaoke on Saturday nights.

If you feel adventures: rent with them a kayak or take a tour in the river or simply take a safari with them.

A great book and the hammock also sounds pretty good, relax !!!

The property is clean and well-maintained. Then the pool was awesome. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the kitchen was perfect. Mauriciao was very helpful and was always available. The location is perfect, love the beach. We had an awesome time.

Great location

We booked this last minute for our group of 15. We all stayed comfortably! I would highly recommend the cook to prepare your meals!! Also Marcelo was very nice made sure everything was well.
