Great staff and the heated pool was excellent for the cold weather. Brand new Italian restaurant just opened and it’s delicious! Also on property a Starbucks in less than walking distance.

Staff is always great at this hotel, as they were during this stay. Hotel is very nice, common areas and rooms are always clean. However, during this stay the toilet was dirty. It had a gray film in toilet.

The lounge was closed! Valentine’s weekend! And closed! Renovations? Please! It looks the same! When I reserve a room, tell me if the hotel is not going to be accommodating! People running through the hallways, a crowd arguing in the yard area. There seems to be no security. It was a terrible experience .
