As I said before, it is a great hotel in all the senses, the only but is the pools, they are heated by the sun, so must of the time are freezing. To have the bus station across the highway is great an very convenient. Good restaurant inside the hotel, also a nice buffet at Brazilian restaurant a few meters from the hotel, and a convenience store near by. There is a taxi site at te bus station or ask the staff for one, everything is at a short distances.

The property is very beautiful, but because we traveled with our pet, we were given a rundown, ugly room. The floor boards were seperated and chewed in some areas. My reservation indicated that we were going to have a king size bed, but instead we were given two double beds. The young lady at the reception did not accomodate our needs.
