Even on the ground floor, the ocean view was beautiful. The room was clean, very comfortable bed and loved the shutters. It was quiet and plenty of outdoor seating. Although the pool was closed, the adult hot tub was very nice. There is very limited indoor seating for breakfast and with rain, it was difficult to find anywhere out of the rain to eat. We liked being able to fill our water containers with cold filtered water. The afternoon chocolate chip cookies were a great addition too! Breakfast selections were plentiful and coffee was always available and tasty! Conveniently located with a nice walk into Pismo Beach, restaurants close by and short scenic drives to lots of fun things to do. We highly recommend the sea crest and would definitely come back!

The property was clean, beautiful and in walking distance to the pier. My only complaint is regarding my view since it was obstructed due to the pool work going on and it was loud at 8 am with the construction in the pool area. Besides that, it was nice to have breakfast in the morning and coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day. All the employees I had contact with were very friendly. Overall, this is a very lovely place to stay at.

The hotel enjoys a beautiful setting with lovely views and well-maintained grounds, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Housekeeping was available upon request, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. The main disappointment was the breakfast — the quality and variety were well below expectations for this type of property, and several items seemed neither fresh nor thoughtfully prepared. The beach view was beautiful and breathtaking. If you're looking for peace and serenity ✨️ 😌 this is it. The parking lot had construction on the pavement because it was blocked off with a black tarp so we couldn't park next to our room so that was the downside. I think the continental breakfast is made just for kids only not for adults. Not a hearty breakfast just enough to get by.

The outdoor common areas are top tier. Plenty of available seating, space, and grass areas. The view is amazing and perfect for whale watching in the afternoons (we saw whales every day). We also enjoyed the fire pits and bbq area.
