Staff at check out gave every guest all of the details of the place except for me. Not sure why. Maybe got distracted or forgot. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. And housekeeping never came to my room. The fridge one night started making the worst noise that kept waking me up which sucked being that I was there for work and had to be up early. Other wise, the room was very nice. And the view was beautiful

Amazing views of the ocean from the 4th floor of the south towers. We loved listening to the crashing waves as we drifted off to sleep. Room was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of amenities. Only negative was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that our stay was amazing!

Overall it was a ok experience, it was Labor Day weekend though. There were a lot of dogs during our stay, pool towels ran out as guests would take so many and take them to their room. We requested for housekeeping, they never came. Overall our rooms condition was good looked remodeled. The only things that stood out was the AC u sleep right next to it if you have a no view 2 queen room. The tv is older style. You’re about a 25 min walk from the downtown either thru the street or beech. I think they do offer a lil more than other hotels next; free breakfast, pool and hot tub, beech access, vending machines thru out. Do note the pool is not heated and is cold. Overall an ok stay just a lot of dogs barking and noisy guests. We could hear the noise in our room.
