Not quiet enough for us

Probably great, but pricy for a young family. Not great for adults looking to relax. Property was loud. On the patio the neighbor's a/c vents into yours + had the almost constant drone of a dryer venting nearby. We were looking forward to a quiet, relaxing, comfortable week. Did not get that.

My wife and I wanted an oceanview room with a balcony where we could sit and read and enjoy the ambience of the surroundings. The facility and staff were excellent. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed several nice walks each day that we were there on the . The breakfast included was excellent and the car charging stations in their parking lot was an added bonus. Excellent stay x 3 days.

Was pretty grungy, motel feel. Door... could see light all the way around. Painting or power washing could help. Weed or water around entry side. Water...claimed to be conserving, but ridiculous low, low pressure. Grounds ocean side much better. Family heavy. Some real screamers that parents didnt hear. Near by restaurant quality place.

You could literally just stay at this hotel if you decide not to explore more of Pismo Beach. The view is beautiful, the beach is minutes away from the hotel, great happy hour, rooms were pristine.
