YOU GUYS SCREWED UP BIG TIME

This property is not connected with VRBO. I arrived and had NO reservation - and the price was a LOT higher as on Christmas eve we were away from home without reservations. We made the best - but YOU NEED TO REMOVE THIS LISTING as it is NOT AVAILABLE and freaked me OUT. How often does VRBO verify listings? Might need to add that to your procedures? If I find a charge on my bank account you will have a HUGE problem. I would appreciate a follow up email and/or phone call. I did try to call but no one picked up the phone.

Good Hotel - but best to reserve with Hotel directly

The atmosphere and annmenties are well worth the cost of the room. The staff was helpful and apologetic for not having the room we reserved a month in advance. We appreciated the bottle of champagne, as a gesture to compensate the room error; however exchanging rooms during our visit and not having a jacuzzi tub for our planned anniversary was disappointing. Overall the Hotel is unique and has charm with amenities you will not find anywhere else. The view is phenomenal and extras like food, dvd's, games and beach equipment make this a great place to stay. I only wish I would have called for reservations and got the room I reserved at a lesser price. The staff was confused on how to refund us for the mistake and I was under the impression my anniversary plans were set.

Great stay on our anniversary

The hosts were very accommodating. It's a family run place and the hosts go out of their way to provide extras like breakfast on the sundeck, cookies, and pie to make it a memorable stay. The location couldn't be better. We would go again.
