Staff at front desk fantastic especially the younger girl. Not a fan of no bed made or trash removed or towels unless you go get the towels for a 3 night stay!! TERRIBLE idea on your part. I bet you loose customers over that. Appreciated and loved the lobby coffee and cookies.
