Had 2 different rooms, both had broken electronic 'make up room signs' so our room never got serviced in 3 nights. Helpful staff- able to clearly provide tourist advice in English. Electronic door key broken so staff had to manually open our door every time. Viewing deck on roof is undergoing repairs. Booked a queen but got a double bed. We were able to check in very late. 13 year old son slept on couch.

This hotel can’t cost 110 usd (price I paid for one night). Terrible experience with very noisy air conditioner, very small and unconformable room and breakfast with very limited chose to 1 pancake and 1 egg.. if you want more, pay extra. Never seen like that in my experience before..

Checked in is smooth and staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean. The whole ambience is conducive for rest and relaxation. An overnight stay is not enough. For me its a little bit pricey for a location. It seems the whole location was leveled up and can be compared to Boracay or Palawan. ...

I expected more. The room looks much better in the pictures. The loft is already outdated. The only part I liked was the restaurant and bar. It has a nice ambiance and good food, especially the lomi and brewed coffee.
