Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

Yes, the photo is accurate. The beach is seen from the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice to see there was an emergency power bank that the reidge was plugged into. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely studio apartment. The apartment was well equipped with anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the view was great. We loved sitting out on our balcony every morning and watching the sun rise. My husband loved watching the airplanes land and take off from the airport. A great beach is just outside the back door of the building. It is within easy walking to restaurants. We rented a car at Enterprise and it was just an easy 5 minute walk to pick up the car. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which made getting ready pretty easy. Beach access made this property more appealing but it is overall basic. Could use some TLC and updates. The front door has no peep hole and has to be pushed twice to ensure it locks. The lock doesn’t feel very secure and one of us had to stand outside to confirm that door even locks at all. No wash cloths provided.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as stated in the listing! We had a little trouble with the keypad a few times not opening after putting the code in until we realized you have to press and hold the thumbprint until you hear the click, not just press it as it says in the instructions! The view was spectacular.
