Family Vacation

Stay and location was great. Very clean and AC worked great. The management team was great to work with. We would stay there again even though when taking a shower the temperature of the water was either extremely very hot or cold the temperature was difficult to adjust.

Too noisey

The stay way unenjoyable. The trafic noise was awful. The pool never heated up. I could not even have my birthday dinner there because of the traffic noise. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The house is 30 feet from the expressway 26 major road awful noise. I am very disappointed for the price I feel I got robbed. Do not stay here....

Girls weekend

Several of us traveled to PR to attend a concert of our favorite artist at the Coca Cola Music Hall. The house was great for us and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very attentive to our questions. Great location although in a busy area we felt quite safe and secure.

Great location

Great location, easy to access main roadways. We had to provide our own toilet paper once their supply ran out, which was one roll per bathroom in the house. Sparse kitchen utensils for cooking food. Otherwise a great place to stay at for board/corporate retreats, as long as you have a place elsewhere for meetings. After some difficulty in connecting with the actual hosts, they were responsive to our needs via WhatsApp. Be sure to connect with Evolve to be able to communicate with the actual hosts which is another third party to Evolve. Would recommend as long as you understand you may not connect with actual hosts until right at the time of check in.

Our Stay at Isla Verde house

Property was fantastic, location was very convenient, and amenities were great. Only issue was maybe some insects that were biting us at night in several bedrooms. I think the owner needs to get this issue checked out before having others stay, in case it is a more extensive issue. Also the water pressure could improve in some showers, but this may be outside of the owner's control.

Bachelor Trip/Party

I booked this property for myself and six friends for a bachelor retreat. I was apprehensive about booking at first not being sure if the pictures were accurate, but the pics don’t do the property justice. I got a lot of praise from everyone because the property was awesome and everyone was very comfortable. We all had our own space and plenty of room to fellowship when we wanted. The property is walking distance from restaurants, bars, and Isla Verde beach. The airport is about 10 minutes away as well. We were able to cook breakfast at the house as the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Water was hot and pressure was great. The worst thing I can say about the property is that the side door slams if you don’t catch it when it closes. Other than that we had an awesome experience and we’re able to send our friend off to matrimony the right way. Thank you!

Great house for multiple couples

The online description of the property was spot on. Had most of what was needed. Food store was not far away along with the beach and tourist stores. A bit close to the highway as there was traffic noise but not to bad inside the house. Thank you for a great place for a few couples to hang.

Excellent for a large group

This property comes as advertised and is excellent for a large group. We were short cab rides away from Isla Verde, Old San Juan, and the airport. The house is kind of located next to the highway, but it was more convenient than a hassle. Check-in process couldn't have been easier, and they had plenty of towels and sheets ready to go for us.

Amazing

The property was wonderful. Some areas do need updates but that is to be expected. The pool was nice and fit the entire group. We used it everyday we were there. The rooms were a good size. We also never had an issue with the water being too cold when we showered. It was perfect for all 15 ladies. The location was great too and just a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely rent this place again.

Property needs a lot of tender love and care

We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday. It was livable, but needs a lot of work. 1. The pool was broke, we had to fill it up every day because it would drain at night which caused a lot of noise while trying to sleep (when I told them, they already knew, and did not inform us of the problem before our arrival).2. The Wi-Fi sucked, it only worked in one room, they didn’t specify that! 3.No wash clothes just dry off towels(we went buy some, that’s the only reason they have them now). One of the a/c units in one of the rooms was broken. It’s very noisy, because of the location right off the highway. Then when you try talking to them, NO ONE SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH!!! I understand we was in Puerto Rico, but how do you suppose to communicate with your renters!?!! It wasn’t all bad though, the kitchen was the nicest part of the house! We do not recommend this house at all!

44th Birthday

I wanted to celebrate my 44th birthday with my kids ages 12 up to 2(4 kids), I included family and friends. It ended being 7 adults and 11 kids and the house was perfect for us. No one was on top of each other, the kids loved the pool. We were in walking distance to the beach. The place was really nice…it could use some touch ups. If I were to do a group trip again I would definitely come back there.

Family Vacation

I rented this house for my family vacation and husbands 40th. There were 22 of us,Adan was our contact and was an amazing guy!! We hired Chef William which is an amenity of the house if you wish,Adan was our waiter and Victor was an assistant. All of them were amazing!! They also offer shuttle services. My grandchildren loved the pool and the beach is a 5 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge. Thank you for your time!!

Great 40th Birthday

We went to Puerto Rico to celebrate my 40th birthday. Due to the pandemic restriction most things were closed. We were still able to have a great time! The home is beautiful and just as described. Pablo was very attentive to all request.

Great Place for Big Groups

Our group had a wonderful time here! The kitchen/living room and outdoor space were large enough for the 15 of us to hang out together without feeling crammed. Its location next to the highway can be a bit loud from traffic, but otherwise the location was great. It was easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, plus there is an amazing Spanish/Puerto Rican bakery nearby.

What a great stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 11! It was close to the airport, beach, and walking distance to stores. The pool and grill were excellent perks to the property - loved it! I didn't have any issues communicating with Karen and/or her husband. If you have a large group this is the house for you!
