Only bad part is you find out you have 45 dollars a day extra to pay. 40 you get to use at their restaurant and the other 5 can be used at their little shop. Per day does not roll over. Use it or lose it. And know it is 19 dollars per day to park a vehicle as well. It all adds up. But the hotel in itself was great and a short walk to numerous restaurants and close to isla verde beach. Had a nice pool and great staff and the room was pretty awesome. Still would recommend but people should know the other additional costs.

The rooms were super clean and comfort bed. The pool was awesome, our kids enjoyed a lot. Could have been a little more options in breakfast but it was ok. I will surely recommend this.

Arriving to the hotel after paying 300$ destination fee on Expedia and being charged 700$ was absurd. We were required to spend 40$ a day at the hotel and the service was so bad it was hard to even do that. The menu is also not good at all and way over priced. I spent almost an hour sitting at the bar waiting to be served and five bar tenders were standing inside talking to each other. Other guests complained as well. Staff wasn’t very nice. Krystal was the only staff at the restraunt that was professional. This hotel was a ripoff.

Great property. Very friendly and accommodating staff from all departments! Walking distance to the local beach with jet skis. Plenty of different places to dine; including a Starbucks across the street in a different hotel. We received a room on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and coastline. We loved the swivel TV!!! Great stay; highly recommend this property to anyone staying in San Juan!

It served the purpose of our one-night stay in San Juan but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The room smelled quite strongly of mold. The water from the tap, including the shower, smelled/tasted pretty bad. Needed to buy bottled water immediately. To be fair, the airport water tasted exactly the same so the smell/taste must originate from the source.

Although my overall experience was Excellent there were two things that I have to say bothered me. The first is roaches. I killed two roaches in our room. I do not know if they came from the plumbing or what but I was concerned they would get in my luggage. The second thing was the $40 food & drink credit, the person at reception said he would open my reservation so I could use it even though I had already checked out but when I went to the bar the bartender said I couldnt use it and had to pay with my card. Very inconvenient because had they said that before I ordered I wouldnt not have spent the extra money.

The hotel was honestly okay. I did like the free breakfast every morning. The beach was walking distance. There were a couple of 24/7 food places and a 24/7 grocery store in the area, all of which were within walking distance. The proximity to the airport presented both advantages and disadvantages, as it was both convenient and noisy. The hotel's automatic daily charge of $45 for food and drinks didn't sit well with me. But if you don't use it, they still charge you, and it can't be saved. The information stated that the bar closes at 10pm. However, when we arrived at 9:40pm, it was already closed. As a result, we lost our $45 credit and were still charged. Laundry machines broke down and were unavailable. The hallways smelled like cigarettes for the whole 6 days we were there. Honestly, we won't be staying here again and will look for other, more convenient options.

The hotel was lovely and conveniently located near everything. There is a restaurant located within the hotel that is very good . The staff was really helpful and kid-friendly. The taxes you have to pay when you check out of the hotel are the only thing I didn't like.

Expensive stay for moldy room

Traveling with my family for the few days was very exciting. Exterior of the building is very nice however the room had a moldy smell, small ants, mold stains on couch and dining chair. The bathroom sink did not work very well. If you plan on drying clothes the dryer is horrible. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole building and one was out of service. Also, there was some sort of leak in the main entrance of the building. The $40 per day charge seems very forced since it was never mentioned while booking. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Enough towels during pool time. Housekeeping came everyday. Breakfast was fine.

Great property in nice location, beautiful Isla Verde beach nearby (nicer than Condado Beach). Pool was nicer and bigger than expected. Room was new and spacious — no complaints! Only minor caution is that while they have free beach chairs to loan you, you have to carry to the beach which can be a pain. We opted to just use the beach towels on the sand to save carrying around the beach chairs in the heat. Great property despite this!
