Beyond accommodating!

Our host Sally was beyond accommodating! She helped with delicious places to dine in multiple areas. The condo was clean, refreshing, and magical! The views were some of the best in my opinion. Private enough, yet so close to everything! Sally was so gracious and always checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay! In my personal opinion, I think the view from this room was better than the Hilton right next door! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

This little place was great- full kitchen, invigorating view of the lagoon, comfy bed, and lovely charming details! It had everything I needed - I didn't cook there at all but I did heat up leftovers and could have cooked if I needed to. There were helpful details like plenty of hangers in the closet, a couple of beach towels, etc. The owners clearly want to make you feel comfortable. The decor was simple and cute. The studio apartment is about the size of a good-sized hotel room, same with the bathroom, plus a small galley kitchen, plenty or room for one or two people. The overall property left something to be desired, but obviously the unit owners have no control over that. It just looked past its prime and could use a lot of TLC. The pool is small but clean. The entrance is locked with a 24/7 security guard, which is reassuring, especially for someone traveling alone. It's a moderate walk to beaches or bustling city strips, and an uber to most of the tourist neighborhoods, but there is a Hilton next door/attached with a couple of restaurants, shops, and a starbucks that I felt comfortable walking to/from at night. And the other direction is a perfect spot for a morning walk or run. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great Condo

Exactly as advertised. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view for morning coffee and evening drinks. Short walk to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. Uber was super easy for longer jaunts. Sally was an incredible host who frequently asked how she could be of assistance. Highly recommend this place.

Great location for Puerto Rico stay.

The condo was very clean which is key for me, and exactly as advertised, but even better than the pictures. Our host followed up promptly on all questions. We are grateful to Sally for her added help on this one. The condo also had a cooler, chairs, and towels to use for the beautiful beaches walking distance away. Puerto Rico is a great place to visit. The key for success is careful planning ahead of time, so you know where to go before you arrive. We hope to return in the future.

What a view

The room was nice but the dishwasher was out of order and the bed is very uncomfortable, (very hard.) The sheets did not stay on the bed we ended up sleeping on the mattress half way thru most nights.The air conditioner blows directly on the bed , the bathroom has no counter space. They do provide adequate kitchen items but we had to rewash almost everything we used before using it and the room was not cleaned very well. The view of the bay from the balcony was very nice.All in all it was less than we expected.

Outstanding experience and a great host

Our experience was outstanding since we set our foot on this Villa. Location is excellent! Right on the waterfornt and full oceanview. The room is very clean with a small but neat and beautiful balcony facing the ocean. Most tours pick you up from the Villa or just a one min walk. Neaby restaurants are plenty. TV has Netflix and other channels to watch. Pool and Gym is great. Highly secured villa complex. Our host Sally was very responsive and went out of the way to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this!

Great Old San Juan trip

Property was as described. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. There are 2 towels and 2 chairs for the beach. Very nice beach 1/4 of a mile walk at most. Places to eat nearby. Old San Juan was a 1.5 mile walk along the beautiful ocean/beach and tons of places to eat and drink. The castles are incredible. We saw orca whales breaching in the ocean. Great trip and great condo to stay in. Views of the ocean were awesome.

Awesome unit overlooking the coastline

I stayed for 4 days in March 2024 to attend a conference at the nearby Hilton. The unit is exactly as described in the pictures. Sally, the owner, is extraordinarily responsive and available by cell if questions arise. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Amazing water view with central location

We enjoyed our stay immensely because of the apartment’s walkability to Old San Juan, Condado and Santurce. The view of the lagoon is unbeatable, so we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Our host, Sally, was gracious and highly responsive during our entire 4 week stay.

Sanse Celebration

After staying 2 weeks at Caribe Hilton Resort, I extended my stay to Condado Lagoon Villa to attend Sanse Celebration. I received a timely welcoming email with my door code and condo number. There is friendly security and excellent lighting both inside and outside of the building. The condo is wonderful with breathtaking views of the ocean and the city. I enjoyed the updated kitchen & the comfortable bed! I spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze & views. Sally is wonderful, very helpful and understanding. She requested Jorge to adjusted my door for smooth entry & exit. Jorge was very friendly, handy, quick & professional. He did a great job! Thank you Sally! I appreciate the nice gift 🎁 of Champagne & ticket 🎫 for Sanse. So sweet‼️ The information about Sanse and what to wear to be comfortable was great! I look forward to coming again very soon. The only reason I did not give a perfect score was the cook top was heavily soiled. The floors were tidy but needed more mopping. It was no big deal. I cleaned the cook top. Very nice towels and beach towels. The condo is well equipped with coffee, tea 🍵 & great seasonings to cook with. Wow‼️ I enjoyed all the kitchen supplies wine glasses and everything to make me feel at home. The full size frig was appreciated. I used the umbrella ☔️ it was great! 😊 Thank you for a wonderful vacation Villa. God bless you.

Our holiday stay was enjoyable and peaceful. The view of the ocean was excellent from the balancing. The location was amendable to the local grocery store and dining. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean with a nicely renovated space. The check in and out process was seamless. We appreciate the property management being responsive to our request. Perfect Stay

Great communication, great location and perfect apartment for one or two travelers! The view is amazing and the host is a pleasure to work with. Plenty of restaurants close by and perfect proximity to Old San Juan. Close to activities but the building itself was nice, quiet and secure.
