The property was very clean and smelled good. The decor/welcoming was pretty and inviting. House keeping did a good job too. It was nice to come back to clean towels and so forth The shower water pressure was low and the hot water in the sink didn’t work. There was food left in the fridge

Cons:You can hear the ppl in the next rooms. Water does not get hot only luke warm. You have to leave by 10am. No reply to your messages.No elevator the 3 floor with luggage was terrible Pros: Next to cruise port. Owners are friendly.

Navona Studios Stay

There’s not much to this hotel. The room is basically just for sleeping and showing. It’s super small and the keep in mind that you may have to walk up three flights depending on what room you receive with your luggage which is not easy to do. No parking in the area received a ticket my first night there. The service was good as the owner helped us when we arrived to check in. It’s located in a central location in Old San Juan which is a plus. Overall it was an okay stay.

No elevator but nice and comfortable!

The hotel is in a central location not too far from parking lots. For certain people, the stairs may be difficult (no elevator!). The hotel is nice and the rooms are small but well kept. We were only there one night and really didn't have any issues. We would stay here again.

Great location and very clean

Right in the heart of Old San Juan. It was great for a couple night stay and I would stay there again. The building is old like everything in Old San Juan so don't expect great water pressure or a large bathroom, or an elevator but it was very comfortable and very clean. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the street on the 3rd floor which was cool for us because we didn't mind the stairs. The rooftop patio was a bonus and we hung out there for a bit one night. The noise from the trash trucks at night was comical because it seemed like they must've come by a dozen times. How many times do you need to empty the same dumpster in one night? Great coffee shop across the street and its a huge bonus to be able to walk everywhere without the hassle of parking and driving around.

I've had four days of sleepless nights because of the noise from the street below us. The night life is alive on the street below us with blaring music, cars driving by with loud base, people's loud or shouting conversations. You name it, it happens every single night until 3 or 4 am. It's so frustrating!!! If I had known about the noise, I wouldn't have stayed here. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're a heavy sleeper & can ignore the noise. Also, there's no staff to complain to. Yesterday we had to help an elderly couple with their big and heavy luggages up to the 2nd floor because there's no elevator nor staff to help them.

Very unique atmosphere and close to shops and restaurants. It also has a neat area in the roof to eat a nice dinner with a bottle of wine. Clean, but be aware that there is busy street noise.
