I am confident that during your search you have yet to find a layout as individual and unique as this. This opportunity is ideal for guests of multiple demographics. It wont break the bank and you’ll have a safe place to call home. Extremely close, walking distance away from the heart of it all, restaurants, beaches, Old San Juan etc. We have soundproofed the bedrooms in order to shield from most of the city/street sounds. We’ve also screened in all windows to protect from mosquitoes and other tropical creatures.
