I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and the area was quiet. Very walkable to everything around Old San Juan. Even a thirty minute walk from Escambron beach. I lived my experience here and definitely will be returning next time I am in San Juan.

Don’t believe their spiel, no hot water the whole stay, air conditioning you can not control, cute bar in picture is locked during the week, breakfast was cold and expensive. Not very walkable streets. Roof top pool very small no service on roof. My room did not have windows, but open “shutters” that opened to an ever noisy hall way - might be the worst place I ever stayed. Difficult staying on Wi fi, kept cutting out.

Noisy and overpriced. Nice rooftop, but for this price point the service was forgettable and the room was under amenitized, with barely passable soap and shampoo. There was a super noisy bar outside our room and we were treated to several barroom disagreements and screaming sessions. Breakfast was forgettable. Poor value for money.

Perfect location in old San Juan! Easily walk to plenty of great bars and restaurants. Amazing views from the rooftop. Please fix the beer vending machine on the roof, really wanted a beer on the roof.

The property was lovely and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfasts there were awesome, as was the atmosphere of the lobby. The room was very pretty, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a really nice shower. The only thing disappointing was that neither the bar on the first floor nor the bar on the terrace or functional. Certainly not a deal-breaker.

Many of the rooms do not have windows (called "Superior" rooms) and TV channel options are very limited. It is super convenient to Old San Juan.

Once we found the hotel on a very busy one way street, the next challenge was parking. Once the car was parked and we were checked in, we had the best time., Front desk personnel were informative and so polite. Hotel was quiet and the terrace was beautiful

Perfect spot for the old San Juan tourist

So tell a situated at the top of the hill which is quieter at night. It's beautiful rustic boutique hotel with a small pool on the roof. The rooms are large with their own sitting area and the AC works perfectly.
