Very nice and accommodating staff. We were able to check bags after checkout and tour Old San Juan using their shuttle for drop off. Suites are nice and well appointed.

My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

We had an issue upon check-in and the night manager was incredibly helpful. The next day a new room was prepared for us and the day staff took extra care to make sure we were happy. The staff was consistently kind and friendly during our week there. The free shutttle bus was great. We loved being able to see Old San Juan. The shuttle also stopped at a swimming beach that was lovely. The pool is small, but clean with ample chairs and towels. The free breakfast had many options, including made-to-order omelets. We highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

I’m glad to find this property. It is neat, near - walking distance to Centro de Convenciones were we attended a concert. Excellent location, facilities well maintained, great breakfast. Personnel with great customer service. Definitively my husband and I, are coming back.

Property is modern. Pool area is nice and quiet and comfortable place to sit and read. If you enjoy walking, the hotel is walking distance (30 minutes) to Condado beach AND Old San Juan. Breakfast buffet was very good with omlets made to order. The lobby was TOO cold at times. Gym was not impressive, though it had cardio machines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Would stay there again.

We love staying here. Our room this time needed a lot of repairs. Shower head broken, the digital alarm clock was counting like a timer, and the latch mechanism on the door was missing a screw. The 5 ladies At the front desk did not obviously care as i stood there looking at them while they talked amongst themselves for about 5 mins before sliding my key at them to check out. The best person we have met thw last 2 stays was the very nice man who works afternoons/evenings for check in.
