This was an ok hotel. Very friendly staff with good amenities, however, the beds caved in. The rooms smelled like chlorine but were spacious. Breakfast tasted good, but food was lukewarm. They do offer a shuttle that goes around some popular areas.

Estadia de 2 noches en familia. Cama cómoda pero el sofacama el mattres muy incomodo. La temperatura del cuarto era demasiado fría y por mas que se busco ajustar con el controlador de aire acondicionado en la noche era demasiado frío. El desayuno complementario gratis muy bueno pero necesitan mas personal para cuando hay mas cantidad de husped. En general la experiencia fue buena.

Todo fue maravilloso, me hospede en la habitación 109, el servicio a la habitación, muy excedió al excepcional y muy atento, la habitación en todo momento estuvo limpia, el personal de mantenimiento siempre alerta antes cualquier situación, al igual que todo el equipo que trabaja en el hotel, dios me los bendiga y sigan trabajando con esa entrega para atender las necesidades de los huéspedes

Very convenient location. Quick and easy Uber into old San Juan. A few blocks away from the T-Mobile arena area with several restaurants and toro verde arcade and zipline. Great for children and included breakfast is a great plus.
