I liked that the property was around where family is also close to airport/car rental and not to far from the capital, what I didn’t like was the sofa bed which I thought has the space for a real queen size bed but all in all it served it’s purpose.

The room was prepaid for in full prior to my arrival. I reached out to the property stating i’d be arriving later than expected due to a flight delay so they informed me on how to gain access upon my arrival. When I arrived at the property I was unable to get in because they did not leave the key for me so I was in PR at 2am trying to find a place to stay because my flight was delayed and came in so late! They did NOT refund me for this even though they said they would they keep refusing my refund request and lying about returning my credits for the night that I was unable to get in. Not only that, but they never followed up with me I had to continue to reach out to ask them for an update. They said the key was left in one of their other properties. But where’s my refund for your mess up?!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! Horrible management/service.

Excellent place to be in. Walking distance from the mall. 20 min from Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones, Condado. Great customer service!

Esta bueno, pero falta que pongan shampoo y jabón para el cuerpo. Yo no leí que no hay toallas. Tuve que comprar para el uso. Lo único que la ducha poner agua fría. La ubicación está buena. Seria buena idea que pongan lavadora y secadora.

Where is located is nice and close by a lot of great places but overall it’s uncomfortable to sleep in, and it wasn’t the cleanest either.
