A San Juan Gem!

Loved the open bar and the aesthetics of the hotel! The location was perfect. They made sure to provide us with great food recommendations and service at the bar. I would definitely stay again!

I had an enjoyable experience overall, not because of the room, but because of the location, which is absolutely perfect. You’re right in the middle of EVERYTHING in San Juan. Pros: • Excellent location, walkable to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. • Friendly and kind staff. • The open bar saved me a lot of money. • Adults-only and key-code entry made it feel secure. • Amazing roof top view Cons: • When I arrived around 8:45 PM, check-in was delayed because the one attendant was also serving drinks. There should be separate staff for bar and reception. • The building is old, which I expected, but some aspects felt more neglected than vintage. • The floor was visibly mopped but still felt dirty. Stains on the curtains didn’t help. • The bathroom setup is outdated—you can’t flush toilet paper and must throw it in the trash. • There were ceiling leaks in the hallway and a sign about a $25 charge per item, for makeup-stained towels/linen. 😳 • The towels in the bathroom looked extremely dingy—off white, and in need of replacement so I didn’t use them. It’s not worth more than $150 per night for the room alone, but the location is what you’re paying for—and that part is priceless. I’d stay again for a night or two max. Hopefully, some of the revenue is used to improve the plumbing and cleanliness. This place has potential with a little more care.

I loved staying here. Everything was walking distance, easy to call an uber, the area is super safe and clean. They do have a lot of stairs so get ready for the workout but the drinks are free and great so it’s definitely worth it

This property was wonderful and let me leave my luggage all day after check out. I was able to keep the bracelet on for the open bar and even though I don’t drink they always were happy to give me a bottle of water! I loved that I had access via my own personal code. It makes it much safer than allowing just anyone to walk in.

My experience of this hotel was phenomenal. Great location absolute absolutely fabulous staff. My first night there Tatiana had me sit down on one of the lovely sofas and brought me a glass of wine and we finished checking in. Everybody was so helpful and so friendly and upbeat. A very safe place to stay as a solo female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.
