We stayed on the first floor near a sliding door and it was too noisy. You could hear every conversation people had with no consideration of hours. We had multiple inconveniences during our stay, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

El check-in fue una pesadilla. Llegamos a las 4pm y no habia cuartos disponibles. Pregunte cuando iba a tener el cuarto me dijeron que no sabian porque el hotel estaba lleno. Cuando nos entregaron el cuarto 1h mas tarde olia a humedad. Las puertas de bañera no cierran bien y se moja hasta afuera. Parece que el extractor del restaurante no funciona, porque cuando cocinan todos los pasillos huelen solo a comida.

Great Stay in a Convenient Location – Would Return! I recently stayed at Abitta Hotel in Puerto Rico and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic—very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area super easy. The hotel has two towers side by side, and during our visit, they were undergoing some remodeling. I suspect that’s why only one of the buildings had working Wi-Fi, while the other didn’t. It was a bit inconvenient, but understandable given the renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I especially appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower—it made for a really refreshing experience. That said, the sliding shower door didn’t stay shut properly, likely due to worn-out friction on the track. We had to get a little creative and use a towel to keep it closed, which worked fine. Despite that minor hiccup, I would definitely stay here again. The comfort, location, and overall vibe made it a worthwhile choice, and I’m sure the renovations will only improve the experience for future guests.
