There was no one there! No receptionist and the room was lacking basic hospitality accommodations such a microwave and frig! You need to update your website regarding this hotel. I’m baffled by the fact that they have this elegant dining area that sat empty and no service at all! Terrible place! BTW! Someone entered my room and removed a credit card! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. They didn’t remove the trash until I checked out! They turned off my tv signal 5 hours before I was to check out!

I booked superior room with clearly described and noted amenities such as dining are, dining chair and table. Superior room doesn’t have listed above amenities. Hotel management was totally uncooperative and didn’t even consider any other options such as changing the room or providing refund. I would strongly discourage to book and firmly recommend that this hotel shouldn’t even be considered for stay in San Juan.

I really like Casa de Condado but...
I really like Casa de Condado, it's convenient in a great location and it's always been clean. I was in room 17 the issue with this particular room is that the air conditioner is directly in front of the bed where you're getting the full effect of the air. I also think with today's need to recharge devices that there should be more outlets available or add wall surge protector. Oh, and some nice new pillows would do wonders.

Don't do it. Many other options
Not recommended. Much better value out there. This was a box with a bed and a tv. No wall hangings, no art, no decor, sub par sheets. It was clean, it gave me a place to sleep but I regret not choosing another place to stay. At lease put up a picture or two. It was a good location. Close to everything.
