Having grown up in a neighborhood very similar I wasn’t completely alarmed, but I was a bit setback because it seemed a little rough around the edges. The house was as described however we did have one bathroom without hot water and one that had another issue. the host was very communicative .. the main issue that I had was the window outside of our bedroom literally had no glass only metal framing enclosure. We could literally hear the people next-door and smelled their bacon they made for breakfast, but it met our needs for the night, but would not recommend for any longer than that was very cumbersome also with five suitcases to make it up the stairs

Host was awesome and very responsive/courteous and property was very close to the airport and very clean. 5 min drive away. Perfect place for a small group to spend a night. Beds were comfortable and climate controlled and 4 bedrooms with 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms and a cute outside patio with hammock to watch the planes roll into San Juan. Would absolutely book again!
