The staff was okay, the food was a 4/10 wasn’t so convenient for me because it was far from most of the popular places there like activities wise. Didn’t had a fridge. I feel like the hotel could’ve done better

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool was dirty (for a few days in a row) but pool area was clean and nice. Breakfast was included with room price and was quite good. Rooms need renovations and were at best “okay”. A good place to stay if you are not planning on spending too much time at the hotel.

Just an overnight before flying out of San Jose. I arrived after a very long day of traveling to learn that my room wasn’t ready yet. Checkin was supposed to be 3:00 and it was nearly 5:00. The room was just fine, bathroom a little dated but served its overall purpose. I like my pillows a little softer and all 4 pillows were extremely firm so comfortable sleep was a bit of a struggle. The front desk people were very kind and helpful.
