The service was exceptional! Staff was very helpful and always available. The property itself is beautiful. There is nothing here that is not worthy of five stars. Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful. He went Far and Beyond to help us with different questions and needs. We will definitely be back soon!

We enjoyed very much our staying. The staff went beyond to accommodate our needs. They ordered the taxi, dry our clothes after a rainy trip and mad ensure to get to the airport in time. The hotel has a really nice restaurant, and the food was excellent. Honestly, I would return to Costa Rica just to eat here. If you're looking for an experience and not just a hotel, this is the place .

Elegant experience at Grano de Oro

Surprise at check in to get an upgrade to a room with a flower garden patio off the bedroom. Staff very attentive and helped us with our bags from the car to the room. Called the day before to book a massage and was fortunate to get an appointment. The massage therapist was excellent for both myself and my daugher.

We stayed at this hotel in May and KNEW we needed to go back. We had the opportunity to be back in Costa Rica this past week, and stayed here overnight so that we would be close to the airport in the morning. The staff is exceptionally professional, and kind. We always book dinner at the hotel, and it is wonderful. We feel like royalty or celebrities while we are there, and the rooms are really lovely. They stocked our fridge with tummy treats, fresh cold water, and even a bottle of wine, all complimentary! The price to stay is really reasonable for how grand the hotel feels, and treats you. Our entire family love staying here, and my kids loved the hot tub especially. 10/10, no notes.
