The amenities are outdated, the beds are uncomfortable, the showers are very motel like, the front desk was rude. For a Wyndham hotel I expected better, do not let the hotel pictures fool you! This place is not near a 5 star hotel. This is more like a 2 star hotel. The only plus was the free shuttle airport service and breakfast in the morning.

First off we waited almost an hour for the shuttle at the airport as I watched the other hotel shuttles come and go, they don’t tell you that you have to reserve the shuttle beforehand. However, the staff was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The property and the rooms are very dated and definitely could use some renovations, TLC, and a lot of upkeep to make the property and grounds look better, but at least the room was clean and spacious. We had a room by the pool which gives you a patio to sit and stairs where you can walk from your room directly to the pool area, You can tell maybe years ago it was a very nice property. The breakfast was good and we also ordered from the restaurant with the bar, that food was good too and reasonably priced. The stay was ok for just one night as we were continuing on to another location, but for a longer stay or if you like new and modern spaces, I would just suggest going else where. Overall the stay was ok

La habitación estaba grave. Una habitación muy vieja. Hasta el olor en el cuarto se sentía que era un cuarto viejo. La tapa del baño era de un color y el inodoro de otro. La bañera vieja. No se parece a lo que ustedes me mostraron en la fotografía. Le hice un comentario a una persona y me insinuó que las habitaciones dependiendo del precio. Para llegar justamente a esas habitaciones las alfombras viejas. ! Hay que ir remodelar!!! El personal de recepción , comedor y trasporte todo bien.

The front desk lady was rude, not helpful and let people cut in line to help them. She would not let people check in before 3pm. Not sure what her problem was. The hotel is old, it needs an upgrade. The hallways smell. I will not be staying there again. I do not recommend this place, especially for the price and rudeness of the front desk lady.

The hotel is older and needs an overhaul. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. TV remote didn't work and there should be easy access to USB or plug close to the bed for phones and tablets. Lots of walking to get from room to front desk. Carpets are very faded. No breakfast options other than a $20 buffet. There are much better options in the area for a similar price

This Hotel was in very bad condition. The photos representing the property do not reflect that actual condition. Food from room service was bad. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Staff was professional.
