We are the main tenants of the house that shares common laundry room with the guest house. The property located in the nice and quiet near Penitencia Creek Park.We are only 15 minutes to the SJC airport, downtown.

1. Deposit Required Prior Arrival : $2000 for long term rental ( 31 days - years).
2. No smoking of any type in and outside of the house, failure to do so will lead to rent termination.
3. Overnight guests are only accepted by owner or no any type of party or loud noise in the house.
4. Guests are required to send copy of photo ID and sign the agreement provided by hosts 24hrs before their stay. Failure to sign will lead to reservations being cancelled.
5. No Pet allowed.
