Ours first time on the city of San Jose,Susan was very helpful , letting us check in 30 minutes before,to put our things in the room , we have to go to a wedding at 3 , & was very hot to live in the car, thank again

Very utilitarian motel that they are clearly trying to upgrade and rehab. Room decor was fine, but spare. Toiletries were cheap and ineffective and the appliances in the room were either unplugged or too far from a plug to be used.

This place should be closed down. Everything was dirty the floors had cigarette buts in a non smoking room the TV had lines across the screen when I called the front desk she said what so you want me to do. I asked for another room and she was unable to accommodate me.

The room was in a bad condition, the bedding was covered with old ripped sheets and the shower was very unsafe, it was extremely slippery I almost fell down plus I pay online and when we got to the hotel they told me that I had to put a deposit of 100 dollars which it isn’t mentioned at all in their website.

My wife found a sanitary napkin inside the bathroom in a folded bath towel, missing a soap dispenser. No place to hang clothes. WIll not recommend this hotel when visiting San Jose CA.
