The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. No mini fridge, no pool even though it's advertised.all cigarettes burns on blankets, dusty tv didn't work. Horrible room staff informed me the room wasn't great but was the only one left after Expedia didn't cancel my reservation correctly!!!! And booked only one room I got stuck with the room no one wants never again!!!

Shower did not work. Air conditioner did not work. I usually have no issues when I stay here and it was disappointing, especially in this heat. Front desk should not be afraid to let people know when those important things are not working, it was for Room 122.

We rented a room for 4 and got 2 towels. Asking for more towels was met with resistance. The place is run down inside and out. The room is very gloomy. Felt like I was in a vampire movie set.

The place had shady people hanging around. Felt unsafe. The room itself smelt bad. Two of the lamps didn't work. Lock was flimsy. Comforters looked dirty. Paid Expedia, then paid the hotel a "deposit" more than I already paid. Stained in the room a total of two hours. Only touched one horrible bed, didn't throw anything in their garage pails. Didn't even touch a towel, and didn't get my deposit back.

Aircon is so low
First, super hot the aircon i put in high but so weak like blow only the fan. I could not sleep because really hot even i did not use blanket 2nd i check out at 6am and no one in reception area. I jus left the key inside the wibdow. I called 4 times and leave voicemail I tried to call 3xto confirmed they see the key but no one answer. Need to put fan if the ac blows weak

I went to this location and did not even complete the checkin. The lobby smelled terrible, but worst of all they wanted me to sign a liability waiver form for things including bedbugs and.... my death. Yes, they wanted a release of liability if I got killed on property. What the hell? Definitely avoid. Been nearly a week and I'm still waiting for the refund on my prepaid stay there. Went to a Best Western in the area instead.

The AC was not working. The bath was not really working well. No refrigerator inside the room. The bathroom door was really in a bad shape. No shampoo. No conditioner. Only limited towels. No hair dryer. No coffee maker. No phone in the room to contact office.

Not all of the rooms have a/c thay works, yiu may or amy nit have a refrigerator in y o ur room. It is a good deal money wise but you may sacrifice some amenities for it. It is more or less a bare bones motel. You have a big retro key. Yes, no card for the room door!!! It is nostalgic in many ways. It is a decent place, inexpensive but tou may havs to forgo things of convenience for the sake of inexpensive rates. It is not a bad place, like I said you may have to make due for the price. It is a good location, convenient and a decent area, never had a problem walking around at night. There is a very good Mexican restaurant within 4-5 blocks.
